    Hello,

    I needed to rebuild my old site from scratch, before doing so I exported the subscribers and also the products, I rebuilt site and imported the data once again however it seems this has caused a problem for me as the product post IDs have now changed!

    So my question is, is there a solution for this please, maybe forcing plugin to rematch woocommerce subscribers by product SKU instead of post ID or fetch new post ID from SKU ? I am open to suggestions.

    I guess this is a bit of a school boy error on my part, I hope there is a way around this other than having to ask everyone to subscribe again lol.

    Hello there,

    Good Day !!!

    We’re here to assist you with this one.

    How you export your subscribers? In which format it is? What details are in that export file?

    For your information we record only product id in each subscription, so map using sku over updated product id cannot be possible because sku details not present in our subscriber lists.

    If you create csv file with details like below format
    old_product_id, new_product_id

    Then we will help you with custom snippet to map the old product id to the new one into our subscriber Lists
