Lost private link does not work

  • Hi,
    I’ve enabled the “lost private link” next to the register button and filled in that it should use the same page in the “resend link settings” tab.

    When I click the link it doesn’t show anything and no email is sent. Depending on which page I’ve chosen in settings it also sends me to different pages. Sometimes to a post instead of a page etc.

    OK, I really cant tell you much without seeing what you’ve got. Make sure you have the “resend link” completely configured. When you click on that link, you’re supposed to get another form where you can enter your email address to get the private link sent.

    Hi again and thanks for the response.

    I changed the URL to the “Thanks” page and then it started working.
    Before I had “same page” and for some reason I just got forwarded to a post by WordPress. The page was the wordpress start page which could have affecte the behaviour
