• Hello all,

I have a corporate site up but have run into a strange issue. Random users keep getting “information not valid” messages while trying to log in. The login credentials being used are correct as I have them all on record and can cross reference them as needed. I have tried changing the passwords directly in the database but with no success.

If i edit the user from the dashboard user menu and change the password from there (re enter the old password in the “new password” area) It works fine. This solution, however, is only temporary and within a week or so the same user will not be able to log on. Also, when they click the “forgot my password” button, the generated link leads to a “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid” message.

I know I should shut off all of my plugins to see if there is a conflict issue but I would not be able to tell if there is an issue until someone is unable to log on. I can’t have some of these plugins off for that long as it would destroy the overall functionality of the site.

Below is a list of active plugins and their version number. Do any stand out as a likely target? Could there be something else entirely that I am missing?
