This issue has been discussed time and time again in these forums.

The number one issue is a host who uses server-side caching. Have them exclude all of TML’s pages from the cache.

    Thanks Jeff, will do.

What is the number two issue? ??

My host (wp engine) excluded all the login pages after I asked them to. Before, I was redirected to the login page and now I’m having the invalid key message so the issue is different since they did and it’s no longer a caching problem IMO. Can you help me?

Hi all – I’ve posted to other threads so I’ll be brief here – it was a caching issue, it’s just that our firewall (via Sucuri) was doing the caching, and not our server. Excluded the TML directory from caching via Sucuri’s “performance settings” on my dashboard, and now it’s all working.

Good enough…how/where do you do this?

I was looking in themes and didn’t see that option.

    Please specify if you can.

BTW, I’m on version WordPress 4.5.6.

    Thanks!

You must exclude the “resetpass”, “lostpassword”, and “login” page!

@nchisley good info, thanks. I’ll give it a try.

Leaving this here for future readers. Ran into this problem as well, where the lost password reset link was showing up invalid. My hosting provider is WP Engine, and I contacted them and asked them to “whitelist” the following pages:

    /logout/
    /resetpass/
    /register/
    /lostpassword/
    /your-profile/

& anything that comes after, like params and other pages.

After I did this, everything worked fine! Hope this helps ??

    Thanks Katlynn ??
