    Hello, everyone,

    I have a little problem.

    I use the Profile Builder for all my customer portals. Unfortunately it is the case, when a customer forgets his password and clicks on “Lost Password” , he is automatically redirected to the login page.

    I have set up the login page under the settings (Profile Builder) and released the Lost Password page (with the shortcode) as an exception. But unfortunately it does not work.

    (Maybe a problem because of the Client Portal Plugin?)

    What is the best way to solve this problem?

    I would be happy about a feedback.
    Many greetings

  • Hi @pliesendahl

    Let me see if I understand the situation correctly.

    You are using our Private Website feature, is this correct?

    And under Allowed Pages you have certainly added the password recovery page?

    Please try to allow another page and see if it works.

    Perhaps you have some caching that prevents changes to take effect immediately on the front end?

    Maybe try to briefly disable all caching plugins and see if this fixes the problem. And also ask your host to briefly disable any server-side caching.

    With best regard,
    Gabriel

    I love problems that solve themselves.
    There was a redirect problem with another plugin.

    @gabrielberzescu but thank you ??
