Lost Password not working

Hi,
When i click on the lost password under the form, I get the Check your email for the confirmation link.

when i open the email and click on the link to reset the password, it takes me back to the same screen asking for my username or email and then under it is the box called Get new password.
Is there something that I am missing in the setup.
