I have an issue with the “lost-password” page due to a conflict with the woocommerce plugin.

When I disable the WooCommerce plugin, the lost-password page will be working fine.

How do I fix this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jawnqq1,

Thank you for reporting the issue,

We have fixed the issue you mentioned. You can download the zip file here: https://files.fm/u/wxwkc7tjxq

Please install the plugin by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New, then upload and replace the existing file. After updating, clear all caches.

Don’t worry—updating the plugin will not affect your settings or configuration. This fix will also be included in our next update.

    Best regards!

    Hi Amrit,

I followed your instructions and updated the plugin with the link you provided.

But I still get no result found issue for the “Lost your password” page.

When I disable the woocommerce plugin, the lost-password will be working fine.

Is there anyway to change the endpoint from “my-account/lost-password” to “my-account/forgot-password” instead?

    Hi @jawnqq1,

We have removed the slug feature and introduced a different method for the Lost Password. Could you please download and replace the new plugin’s zip file from the link below on your site?

    Download Link: https://files.fm/u/tguydq9f22

To create a separate lost password page, you can follow these steps:

    1. Create a new page from your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Add the [user_registration_lost_password] shortcode to this page.
    3. Save the page and set it as the lost password page in the User Registration settings.

Navigate to User Registration settings, go to the Login Options tab, and under the “Lost Password Page” section, select the page you just created from the dropdown menu.

This will direct users to your custom lost password page when they click on the lost password link. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask! ??
