Lost password no longer works

    When changing the login URL to a custom one, instead of using the standard WP login URL. I am facing an issue with getting a 404 page on the forgot password reset on WordPress account for customers.

    Do I need to change this URL manually as when I set the default login URL it works fine, only get the page 404 when activating the custom login.

    Umm.. well I am referring to your siteground security plug-in so I would have assumed it was obvious which plug-in I am using to change the custom login URL.

    But if it is not then it is siteground security plug-in I am using. And when I change it back to the standard WP login page it works OK.

    Hey there @rawstriker,

    Sorry if my previous comment caused some confusion. I meant if you are using a specific plugin for managing custom registration forms, logins, or if you are using s specific membership plugin.

    Ah, ok yeah that makes more sense lol. I’m using my theme for login with thimpress. I have asked them also to take a look. Everything else works fine when activating the custom url, it’s just the forgotten password doesn’t. Would you say this is more for the theme developers to look into?
