lost password link sends me to my site

Hi Im currently in the stages of working out why my Contact form 7 isn’t working and one step was to check if when i hit “lost your password” that it send you one. When i press this is just takes me back to my site with the link “https://www.goldcoastphotostudio.com.au/lost-password/”

Why is this and how can i fix it?
