Lost Password link giving 404 error

  • Hey,
    So i have created custom login page using login form shortcode. Now in plugin settings i have created a user page with only forgot password short code but when i visit the page it gives me a blank button and nothing much. Also when i enter wrong password then when warning comes up with wrong password and to reset password it gives me 404 error.
