Hi, can you disable all your plugins except this one and see if any of your issues disappear. Can you also share how much memory is allocated to your website by your host?

    Any updates on this issue?
I’m having the exact same problem ??

I’ve disabled every other plugin, but the problem still occurs.
The URL changes into (whatever)/?action=lostpassword, but nothing happens.
But if I disable this plugin it works just fine.

Did you have a chance to take a look at what the problem might be?

    Thanks,
    G.

@g, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen?

    Thank you

    Hi @mbrsolution,
So I tested with the wordpress default theme and it still doesn’t work.

BUT! If I disable the plugin and then reactivate it, it asks me:
“Would you like All In One WP Security & Firewall to re-insert the security rules in your .htaccess file which were cleared when you deactivated the plugin?”

If I click ‘NO’, everything works fine… but does that mean that it’s not secure anymore?
It’s obviously an .htaccess issue, don’t you think?

    Thanks,
    G.

Hi G, I suspect that the conflict could be coming from using one of the Brute Force features. Disable the renaming feature and see if it works. If it doesn’t then I suggest that you remove the plugin and re-install it again. But this time don’t enable any of the Brute Force features. See if that works.

I am following. Same problem here!

I am having the same problem as well.

Everything was fine a few days ago.

Was in the site this morning to fix a plugin error. Disabled all of them including this one and reactivated it. This plugin asked if I wanted to reinsert security rules and I said yes. Went about fixing the error problem (disabled the problem plugin), made some changes and logged out.

Although I noticed that the site was using the wpadmin login page instead of my custom url. Now it won’t do either and I can’t get in. Forgot password (which I haven’t) doesn’t work either. Try to login and it goes nowhere.
