Lost Password Link – 404 error

Hi
I am running TML 6.4.3 on WP4.4 using Canvas theme. I am having a problem that when a subscriber clicks on the lost password reset link that has been emailed to them they are taken to a 404 error page. Does any body know how I can fix this?
