Lost password form not working

  • Hi
    I have 2 TML widgets on all pages (login and register popups).
    And when I go to lost password page this form is not working. Whet I click on submit button nothing happens.
    By the way both widgets work fine.
    Is there any conflict between widget forms and page form?
