Lost Password doesn't work

For reset password I used two custom pages with 2 shortcode
[theme-my-login default_action=lostpassword]
[theme-my-login default_action=’resetpass’]The first page works: the form send a email with reset link.
The second page doesn’t work:
when I insert a new password and press “reset password” button then I’m redirect to:
https://www.mysite.com/lost-password/?error=invalidkeyand password isn’t modify.
