Lost password and Password Change

    I’ve set up a notification for Lost Password – For User.

    The test mail sends fine, but when triggered by a user it still sends out the default WordPress notification.

    I’ve also set up Lost Password – Admin and then disabled this notification, but they are still being sent.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks for the tips. Turned out to be a plugin that uses a custom login and password retrieval form.
