I’m also having the same issue… seems to have just started though. I’m with Bluehost.

Hi Jeff, I have asked my hosting and here’s their answer:

There are several caching layers on our servers, but the only one that can cause such issues is the Google Pagespeed Module. I have reviewed the conversation that you have with the developer and I have specifically checked the happybaby.co.id website. I can see that you have disabled the Pagespeed module for the website and I can confirm that there is no cached content for it.

I have also reviewed the DNS setup of the domain and I can see that you are not using CloudFlare on it either.

But you use WooCommerce’s password reset… right?

Currently yes, because I can’t get TML reset pass to work.
But I prefer your reset password, because woocommerce allows user to put only 1 digit char for the new password.

I was testing with a temp email but never recieved the lost password email.

I’ve tested it just now, and I got the email. Maybe it went to the spam folder?

No spam on a temporary email.

The password reset process just worked flawlessly for me. Username was “test”.

Yes it seems to work now. I don’t know what’s going on.

Perhaps your host turned off caching after you asked them ??

Could you explain a bit, why caching could may has an impact on the invalid key error?
