Lost Pages – seeking repair person

I don’t have the time to learn how to fix my site – https://doncrowson.com/wordpress/ – but would like to keep it.

Can I hire someone out there?

I failed to manually update WordPress and had to restore from a copy of the whole WordPress directoery but I lost my top index file and replaced it with the unpacked new file. I since auto-updated, but after I created a new post successfully all links to previous articles no longer work.
