Lost overview

  • I have created a new groop bacause old one was not actualized.
    I imported 1237 users from wordpress but list shows 1243.

    How it is possible?

    Also there ware 8 duplicates but don’t know why. In wordpress can 1 user only be ones,

    Users ware without group, that was the cause.
    Another issue

    Why are all wp registered users immediately in app, also pending and all users without email alloweness (red cover).
    I have manually to delete pending and to resubscibe these with red cover

    Some idea?
    New user are still not able to receive welcome message from automation (red envelopement which I have manually to resubscribe)
