    Regarding the lost orders, which is the third column on the plugin panel. I understand that the orders that have not been recovered for 30 days are placed in this column. However, upon checking the details, I noticed that emails are not being sent to these people, which is probably why they are being lost. Why does this happen? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

    This could happen if the emails are not enabled and scheduled consequently no emails are sent to the user. Can you please check your current abandoned order to see if the emails getting scheduled now.
