Lost Orders

Regarding the lost orders, which is the third column on the plugin panel. I understand that the orders that have not been recovered for 30 days are placed in this column. However, upon checking the details, I noticed that emails are not being sent to these people, which is probably why they are being lost. Why does this happen? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
