Lost options in Add/Edit New Post

    Hi,

    I’m chief admin for Blueprint: Review ( https://blueprintreview.co.uk ). I’ve recently granted administrator access to another couple of people so that they can contribute fully to the site, but on the Add/Edit New Post pages some of the options including the ‘Excerpt’ box are missing. They are still available when I log in though. Has anyone come across this problem and if so, what is the solution?

  • since wp3.1, quite a few of these options are hidden by default;

    you need to tick them under ‘screen options’ near the top right of the corresponding pages in the dashboard, to get the option boxes back in their original position.

    (i suppose each of your co-admins need to do this in ‘their’ own dashboard – untested)
