• Hi

I have just changed hosts from BlueHost to TSOHost. My BlueHost account came to an end before I realised and it now seems like I have lost my site. I may be wrong but I was under the impression that I would still be able to log into my wordpress account without a host as I did all my updates there.
I have contacted BlueHost and they have deleted my files.
Does anyone know how I can access my wordpress account and pick my site up again.
I have tried the usual way <domainname>\wp_admin but cannot log in.

Is there anything I can do or do I have to start again?
    Thanks

That means everything is gone unless you have your own backups somewhere. However, I have heard of people using search engines such as Google to copy at least some things that can help with restoration. So, try a search like “site:mysite.com” and see what you might find.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I made the mistake of presuming I would be able to access my code via my WordPress admin log in….not sure why I can’t as it must be on WordPress and not BlueHost?

Thanks for the search tip. just found a google cache and got something back though not all of it.
    Thanks

If your site used to be hosted at WordPress.com, you might check over there to see what might still be there.
