Lost my visual editor on posts and pages

I seem to have lost my visual editor on post and pages. A blank text box shows but is not available for inputting text or pasting into (no cursor). There is also no edit menu. The existing text also does not show up in the visual editor although it is still there when I view the page/post.

The text editor is fine and shows the html of the page/post.

The Site Origin editor dialogue is also fine.
