• Hi. I was bought a license for Elementor Pro and this was expired. My website has been some but and I remove connection of license and try to reconnect but your system doesn’t allow me do this. Need help and ask you here because you make a problem reach you inside your ticket system.

    Please answer to my email.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    In order to resolve this issue, you can try activating your license manually:

    1. On your WordPress dashboard, go to Elementor > License.
    2. At the browser’s address bar, add this string at the end of the existing address:?&mode=manually
    3. Hit Enter. You should be redirected to the Manual Activation page.
    4. Add your License Key ( which can be found in your subscription details via?my.elementor.com) to the empty field.

    Thanks for this tips. I have additional problem. When I trying going to expired license page it show me message “Something went wrong! Please refresh this page.” I can’t enter to the page for copy license key.

    Try from your account with the email you purchased the license. From your Elementor dashboard, go directly to this link: https://my.elementor.com/support-form/

    Select Account, Billings and Subscriptions and explain your problem.
