Lost my site

I have downloaded the Astra sites plugin without knowing that if I install the starter site template I will lose my site I thought I will get the home page only. now there is nothing showing on my site I changed the theme but nothing changed, my content is still showing on the dashboard but can’t appear on my site for my readers, my site is currently on a maintenance mode please what can I do
