Hi there!
First some background on where your Share Counts are stored: These are actually not stored by Shareaholic, but rather it is the third party social networks (Facebook, Pinterest, etc) that keep track of these numbers. Shareaholic then retrieves the numbers for you when you look at your website.
Unfortunately when you switch to HTTPS, the third party social networks technically considers the pages on your site to be new pages. Instead of a page that looks like:
https://www.something.com/article
It now looks like:
https://www.something.com/article
Pinterest, Facebook, etc consider this to be a different page.
This is a common negative impact to switching to HTTPS. We don’t have a solution for you right now, however we ARE planning a product for the near future to “combine” share counts if you end up changing your pages or implementing HTTPS. Keep an eye out for this new product in the next 1-2 months!
For the Pingdom scores, I’m not immediately sure what might be causing this, but you could try the steps outlined in this help article:
