Lost my Passwords and Username – Please Help

Hi,

I have two domains with wordpress themes installed thereon. I have not used either since last year and have forgotten my username and password so cannot therefore access and update these blog sites. Could someone please tell me how to solve this as I am going crazy trying to figure it out on my own. It seems if you cannot remember your username or your password you are totally stuck. All help gratefully received and appreciated.
