Lost my password, how do I get it back?

After some days of having used WordPress it suddenly started not to accept my password. I am totally sure that I used the right password.

I then thought ok then I just reset the password. I did that and then received a mail with a special link I had to go to in order to accept the reset. I did that, it reset my pw, but it could not send out the mail “Mail could not be sent”.

So buttom line is that I am completely locked out without anything to do. Please help!!! Can I like fix it via ftp? Or via phpmyadmin?
