Lost my ftp details, and my wordpress password

Ha.. so i lost all of my details that was saved on my computer due to the good ol virus and now i cant access my website. (www.ballaratpartys.com) and i have wordpress on there and i dont even have the password in that. the biggest problem is i moved house and i am using a different internet provider and now i cant even resend the password to my wordpress account. AND even worse i cant even remember the web hosting company i was with.

What do i do?
