    Hi @jackstoriesorg , Apologies for the inconvenience. No forms are ever deleted from our servers unless the user deletes the form or explicitly asks us to delete a form for them. Can you please create a support ticket with us using the live chat option or by emailing us at “[email protected]” so we can have this issue resolved for you?
