lost my edit buttons

So I made a beautiful website on WordPress… then I went to FTP it to a biz.net host, and was following some dudes instructions on line, and it said to change the names from localhost.8888/ to the new host directory.. well then I lost everything for a bit… now I managed to get it where I can view my website from my MAMP location, BUT I can’t edit it anymore. what did I do? I’m happy to finally be able to view my website as it will appear once hosted, but i want to edit it some more. How do I bring back the cusotmizr, and edit bar on left of screen. how do i get the black edit buttons back on the pages.

help please. ??
