lost my archives and my 404 page.

Updated template, also how the archives would be listed. The note on that page says to update .htaccess. However, there is one the line for apphandler, nothing else. Probably just wrote that line wrong. All the files are in the default folder.

I am stuck, cannot wrap my brain around what I need to do and know I probably do have the answer.

So, help… Lost those pages after changing the template. Did a search, read what I found and no help. So now I am hear asking.
