Lost Log-in Page

I updated plugins today on my blog Jon Odell and now the link that I used for my login page comes up blank. https://jon-odell.com/blog/wp-login.php

Is there another way for me to log in? (the designer removed the long in box from the home page.)

The updates did some other damage to the my blog, but I can’t get to the dashboard to make the fixes. Not even sure I’m running version 3.8 because I can’t get to the dashboard to verify.
