Lost image widget and jetpack subs when updated to latest WP

When I updated to the latest version of wordpress, I lost my image widgets and my jetpack stats and subscribers. How do I get them back? I’ve contacted the host site: Netfirms.com, but they claim there’s not a conflict and the problem is with jetpack.

On images, they’ve disappeared from the appearance selection area. What’s the workaround so I can get them back into my sidebar.

This is very frustrating because it seems like there’s a problem with every upgrade, and I need to get my jetpack subscribers back.
