Lost hosting info, cannot access /wp-admin

  • I have a pastor friend who has a blog set up on www.remarpro.com:
    vitaltruthministries.org

    He noticed recently that he could no longer access his Dash on desktop, and when I go to access vitaltruthministries.org/wp-admin, I get a blank screen. I’m assuming he is several WP versions outdated.

    Unfortunately someone else set up his website hosting account years ago, and he doesn’t have the info anymore. I know Tucows/Hover is hosting his domain, but I have no idea who the webhost is, or how to find out. If I knew that I would try accessing through the host’s cPanel.

    Any ideas?

    Also, he said when he tries to access his site, he gets a message that Word Press has closed the connection.
