Lost full (paid) version after update

  • Around Aug 2014 I downloaded the free version, shortly after that I bought the Pro version. Less than a year later an update came out and I updated my site (ver 1.4.0). Now I have lost access to the options within “customize theme” I had in the Pro version. What do I need to do in order to get options I had in this theme.
