Lost Followers/Subscribers in switch from .com to .org

Hello! I recently switched my blog from a wordpress.com to a www.remarpro.com site. In the switch, I realized I lost all my email subscribers, as well as blog followers. I only had about 11 followers and a handful of email subscribers, but is there some way to bring these to my new site? My URL stayed the same: https://www.gotnourishment.com. I am running the Oxygen theme and have installed the Jetpack plugin. My new hosting site is Arvixe. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
