Lost Followers from Blog

I also have this problem. I lost all my followers/blog subscribers AND all of my stats.

I see a Jetpack connection for https://www.bluelinkerp.com/, but there’s no connection in our records for https://www.bluelinkerp.com/blog. I see a connection at what looks like a staging URL, going back to 2018. Could this be it?

If so, if these stats are supposed to be associated with the https://www.bluelinkerp.com/blog URL instead of https://www.bluelinkerp.com, you’ll need to connect Jetpack to https://www.bluelinkerp.com/blog. Once that is done, let us know here, and we can make sure the stats are linked to https://www.bluelinkerp.com/blog.

@jenhooks – I am writing behalf of Mark. bluelinkerp.com/blog is part of the bluelinkerp.com setup. It’s the same WordPress setup where blog is setup as /blog url. After upgrading to the latest version our connection to Jetpack lost and after reconnecting we couldnt find the subscribers.

Are you able to see the subscribers connected to the staging site?

Yes, I can see there are subscribers connected to https://www.bluelinkerp.com/staging. Also, since Jetpack is connected to https://www.bluelinkerp.com, are you looking to transfer the subscribers from https://www.bluelinkerp.com/staging to https://www.bluelinkerp.com?

Yes, please transfer the users to bluelinkerp.com as I am not sure how they got assigned to the staging site.

I have migrated the subscribers and followers and sorted out the stats as well. You should be able to see that updated at your end very shortly.
