lost filename

Hi,

My contact form allows members to upload docx. and pdf. file. However, the filename will change into “unnamed file”

If my filename is Jason_cv2017.pdf, the filename will becomes “unnamed file” automatically in recipient’s mailbox.
BTY, the language of my site is Traditional Chinese.

Is that the language issue? any solution about this issue?
