lost excerpt

i lost the excerpt after the update, nrelate show 1 or 2 excerpt , other are blank just the pictures
I don’t know what to do…I try to save the options again but nothing change

I try to re-index but no change, sometimes no excerpt at all (it’s ok) and most of the times one excerpt on 4 post (it’s uggly).
Itry to use the widget instead of automatic, no change…..Phil
PS: It’s not all broken, just broke an half…
