Lost email followers and stats during website problem

    Hi

    We had a problem with our community site https://www.holcotvillage.co.uk which meant that Jetpack had to be removed and reinstalled.

    We have lost our community followers (and stats) in this process.

    Is there any way of getting them back please? Many of our followers are old and we use the website as the best way to message them, so any help gratefully received!

  • Hi there,

    I’ve been able to locate your subscribers; it seems that Jetpack identified your site as a new one when you had removed Jetpack and reinstalled it, so it started fresh without its old data.

    You should be able to find your followers/subscribers as usual now, but feel free to reach out if there’s anything else ??
