• Hello! I purchased a web domain and hosting through your company. The email associated with the website is either no longer being used or my password is incorrect; I don’t which one because I haven’t had access to my account in nearly a year and can’t seem to get an answer as to account access when this sort of thing happens. I renewed my subscription for the domain name and for the wordpress service, but when I try to move forward with resolving this issue I’m met with “authorization” codes and requested to give your company information that I simply do have after all this time.

    It’s irritating to me because I want to update the site, AND I’ve already PAID for it but cannot access my information… and am met with resistance. Can someone plz help me out here?!

    Please help me resolve this issue. I want this taken care of so that I can update my resume and start blogging on my own site again.
