• Hello!

My Google Analytics was doing fine, until a couple hours ago all the data of the February the 9th just disappeared. It says that I had zero views, but that’s definitely not true. I already tried fixing it with the segments (I read something like that on other forums), but it didn’t help. Is there any possible way that I can restore the data of that day? And how can I reassure that this won’t happen in the future?

The site that I’m talking about is https://www.nappyhairz.com by the way.

    Greetings, Lilia

  • Hi,

Have you checked both your Google Analytics account and your WordPress Dashboard and both are reporting the same?

If yes, have you thought that it could have been a hosting issue (website down or unreachable)?

    Hi,

Thankyou for looking at it. I checked my WP Dashboard and it doesn not report the same. It hasn’t changed and it says that I had 359 views. So the weird thing is, all of a sudden I lost the data of the day February the 9th, while it worked fine previously and my newer days are also fine.

Since at least one of the two is reporting something it means that your data is there. It’s probably a glitch in Google Analytics or a temporary issue.

Being a Google Analytics issue (on their own site) you should report this issue to Google Analytics support, not here.
