• Hello,
today in the dashboard i had a notice telling me to upgrade my version of PHP i was on 5.3 the hosting company did so and i’m now on 5.6 they are moving to 7 later this year.

the site is working fine when viewed from a windows 10 pc in Chrome, however on an ipad mini and I phone too it is not using my css, it 100% was before the upgrade of PHP.

i have the jetpack plug in which is the CSS editor i use.

    any ideas where to look?

Strange. Instead of using a responsive theme, your site switches between themes based on the browser user agent. What plugin are you using to do the theme switching to a “mobile” theme?

Well i thought i was using Jetpack but do also have SiteOrigin installed and a number of other plugins, but to the best of my limited knowledge these are the only 2 with that type of feature.

IF you are using a plugin to switch themes *and* that theme is borked, then the best place to ask is in that plugin’s support area.

thanks Steve but as far as I know none of the plugins preform a switch based on the browser only on the screen size!

No, they don’t. I tested it and they use browser user-agent.

thanks Steve, it seems to be Jetpack as if i disable it it behaves the same on all browsers, however i can’t find any way of changing its behavior!

I have emailed jet pack support as this was working for me before the PHP upgrade…
