Lost content of pages…

Hi there.
I have big trouble with one of my wordpress website.
All my page exists but they all show something like 404 error.
When I try to restaure a backup it works fine, but at the end of the backup process I have been asked to update databse through on thet page …/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F.

And then again I am losing all my pages.

Any idea is welcome, thank you !
