Lost Connection After Upload Images

  • Hi
    When I try to post images on my posts that I’ve just uploaded I lost connection with my website and can’t access it for a while.

    How can I resolve this?

  • Have you asked your hosting company about this?

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing this? If not, try leaving them off and switching to a default theme to see if it’s a theme issue.

    I haven’t contacted my hosting yet.

    I did what you said and desactivated my plugins and changed theme to default, however the problem still occurs.

    I notice that when I lose connection with this website i also lose connection with my other website hosted in my server.

    Definitely sounds like a hosting issue.

    Gonna contact them and see if they can resolve the problem.
