Lost comments on just one page

  • Seems strange, but on just one out of 5 pages I don’t have comments.
    My blog is cash blog and the page is the niche marketing page. The “about me” and all the other pages have comments enabled, but on that page it says “comments are closed”
    I’m using 2.7
    I have discussion checked at the edit page, I see nothing different.
    Thoughts?

    I just realized that the screen options, when checked the corresponding bars should show up, but all that does is Tags and Headspace. No Discussion,Page Slugs, ect. So I assume that if the discussion bar was there for that page, comments must not be checked.
    So my question is how to get those missing bars to show up?
