Lost cart

Hi,

Since the latest update (1.1.0) I completely lost the small cart from the right corner on all pages, and the menu cart doesn’t seem to work too.
I can see a new bar in the settings called ‘Assign page’, but I have no idea what to type there. I don’t want to assign it to a specific page, just want to show the cart on all pages. What is the code for this?
