Lost between 301 and 302 redirections

Hi everyone,
I am sure it has been discussed before, but I really need some help as I am totally baffled after checking every Polylang setting for homepage and I still cant solve my problem. I need my default English page to load without 2 redirects and if possible without the en/home/ part.

So currently, when someone types my domain as “domain.com”, the website has 2 redirects of 301.
First redirect is from “http domain com” to “https domain com” (this comes probably from a script in my htaccess file) and the 2nd goes to “https domain com/en/home/”
So ideally I need a way to remove the 2nd redirect without breaking all internal links.

Secondly, when I type “www domain com” we get a 302 redirection to the “https domain com/en/home/” version. I have found an older topic about how to solve this here, but again the risk is to create broken internal links.

Any ideas how to fix all these issues?
