lost and empty image with jetpack

  • Hello,

    I’m contacting you because I have a compatibility problem with the jetpack plugin. Indeed I don’t have any image in my wordpress library (empty) and neither on my website as you can see: https://www.savoir-tout-sur-tout.fr/

    In the past I also had the same kind of problem with another site I was managing.

    If you have solutions it would be good for me.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like your site isn’t connected to Jetpack at them moment; we need to have Jetpack connected to investigate your problem and see what we can do about it.

    Could you please reconnect Jetpack for me and let us know when that’s done?

    Also, if you can recall the site URL of the other site you had the same troubles with, we might be able to retrieve the history and compare the issues to find any useful common input.
