    Hi @mgerney,

    It looks like you’re still running WooCommerce 2.5.5 on your site, but the plugin should be fully compatible with this version of WooCommerce. The issue may be related to plugin or theme conflict.

    As a first troubleshooting step, can you please try deactivating all plugins other than WooCommerce and WooCommerce Extra Product Sorting Options, and switching to a default theme such as Twenty Sixteen? This will help you rule out a conflict.
